My favourite kinda day, started off with a morning surf even though the conditions weren’t that great I still love starting the day in the ocean. I was so hyped to answer your guys’ questions (from my Insta story) so we got straight into that after my morning coffee! I then had to sneak off and do some work before cooking my signature lunch and working out in the afternoon. For those wondering my complicated workout is inspired by Teosworld (should check him out he’s sick!) and it’s: 25 push ups, 10 pull ups, 10 dips for 15 sets. The trick is that every 3 sets I swap the push up style: regular x3, close grip x3, wide grip x3, incline x3, decline x3 – I had to finish early but you get the picture! Hope you enjoy the vid 🙂
